Sleep β tracking your quality of sleep makes a difference. There are all kinds of wearables that can help. My favorite is the Oura Ring. Itβs HSA/FSA eligible too!
Movement β Strength training, walking, stretching, mobility training β¦. are all important.
- Add a weighted vest to your walk. My recommendation is to start at 8 or 12 pounds. Start slow.
