My world changed when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 1985. I needed to rethink how I ate, how I slept, and how I managed stress. Basically, I needed to rethink my life. That is when my journey of discovery began. I started doing some research and had a break through.

I learned that stress can’t be eliminated but it can be minimized. I learned how to live a more peaceful, less crazy life.

And what I learned changed my life.
